Network Capital Manager

*Manage network capital spend of approx. $200M to $500M annually for specific market cluster.
*Responsibilities would include budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, identifying and investigating variances, managing spend to meet aggressive financial targets, and identifying issues and making recommendations to leadership.
*This position would partner and provide the financial leadership interacting with the market level senior leadership team and program managers for all capital issues.
*Required to address and resolve financial and operational issues associated with capital budgeted spend, accounting classification, project set-up, capital vendor contract terms, CIP objectives and reporting, and any other financial issues.
*Single Point of Contact for all market network finance activities to include capital, fixed asset management, procurement, and vendor contract compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

*5 to 7 Years experience (wireless preferred).
*2 to 3 Years management experience.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
*Ability to work independently and to interface with all levels of the organization.
*Ability to proactively establish processes and controls to meet objectives.
*Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
*Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
*Advanced knowledge in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
*Knowledge of Oracle and other financial and non-financial systems.
*Understanding of GAAP.
*Position may require additional time commitment to meet responsibilities
