Currently we are seeking dynamic, career-oriented collection professionals to join our company as Recovery Collectors. These positions are located at our Tempe Service Center located in Tempe off of Kyrene and Elliot. 


Position Function: 

 

Aggressively pursuing post charge-off and deficiency balance accounts according to the Company?s Standard.

 

Responsibilities:

 
Re-establish and maintain communication with customers to minimize company loss.
Negotiate payoffs, settlements and payment programs, according to company guidelines.
Achieving various numeric standards and goals for servicing accounts without sacrificing quality of service, maintain adherence to FDCPA guidelines, and consistently representing the Company in a professional manner.

 

Qualifications:
Mortgage servicing experience a plus.
Post Charge-off and Deficiency balance Collections experience a plus.
Credit Bureau Reporting Knowledge and skip tracing experience.
Persuasive and professional communication skills
Detailed self starter who is motivated and organized
Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Strong numeric aptitude
