Senior Consultants play a leadership role in the analysis, development and implementation of innovative solutions to solve complex productivity issues for businesses.? While focusing on deliverables, Senior Consultants effectively manage tasks related to consultancy projects, including proposal development, project planning and management, analysis, design and delivery, as well as providing guidance and direction to junior level consultants.? Senior Consultants are expected to develop product, industry and experience knowledge and understanding.?

In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team based.? Additionally, travel is required.?

Requirements:

?7 or more years experience:? Commercial Banking, Financial Services and or consulting experience Comprehensive business and systems integration experience Program Management Office/project management Large scale Operations?Management Responsible for project task deliverables, with high level of quality and customer satisfactionDelivers tasks to, or under timeline and budget requirementsDemonstrates knowledge of linkage between project management, change management, business transformation and process management Develops 'trusted advisor' relationships with key clients Establishes and manages client expectationsRisk Management experience with BSA/AML/Basel regulations a plus Bank Regulatory or general compliance experienceTraining and/or mentoring?experience a plus Serves as a general role model, mentor and skills transfer agent for company/practice consultants Identifies follow-on sales opportunities in accounts and alerts Business Development ManagersStrong written and verbal communication skills to reach across enterprise required An ability to travel extensively
