U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is recruiting to fill several positions for bilingual (English/Spanish) Contact Representatives, GS-5 in Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY.  Starting salary $14.87/hour with non-competitive promotion opportunity to the GS-7.  Primary Duties:  Provide telephonic answers to inquiries from individuals seeking information on benefits under immigration & nationality laws; interview callers through pertinent questions; determine individual?s qualification for benefits.
