DENTAL BILLERS NEEDED ASAP!

RHA has a diverse patient base including children in our nation?s Headstart programs, foster programs and public schools.  Our capabilities are available to our nation?s National Guard and Reserve Forces as well.

 

Biller - MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH DENTAL CODES

 

The qualified individual will be very detail oriented, able to multi-task, have strong computer skills and a ?can do? attitude.  They must also be able to work in a high paced environment with multiple responsibilities.  And must be:Proficiency with billing Dental Medicaid/Indemnity claims using ADA/CDT procedure codes Experienced with fee schedule allowance Excellent with organizational skills with ability to multi-task Understanding of HIPPA privacy laws

 

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Analyzes and reviews all patient information, services rendered and field charting for billing and collection of dental servicePosts /bills charges into systerm for all markets according to regulations and runs production reports for each visit Data enters into system follow-up services that require prior authorization to send to insurance companies Sends parents referral letters when doctor recommends child be seen by a specialist Summarizes each visit via email regarding the production numbers as it relates to the number of children seen and reason for those not seen
