Primary responsibilities include:
Serving as a mentor and supervisor to a team of Quality Analysts, Supervisors, and Auditors
Leading various on-site quality reviews and improvement initiatives
Determining site quality goals and managing the implementation of quality improvement programs
Serving as the key liaison between Transaction, Site and Training Leadership
Working with Quality Managers from other sites on national initiatives
Participating in local site meetings
Holding one-on-one meetings and performance reviews and taking disciplinary actions when needed
Performing reporting and analysis as needed 



Extensive quality improvement experience is absolutely crucial to this position, ideally in quality improvement methods such as statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, process improvement, etc. Candidates must have supervisory experience and a background in project management. Healthcare experience is highly preferred. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and Six Sigma black belts are encouraged to apply.
