Overview : Seeking a Senior Administrator for leadership and direction in a tertiary facility, 600+ beds with several growth projects.

Associate Administrator CNO equivalent to Chief Nursing Officer. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for leading and developing the Nursing Department at BDMC. This includes: building positive collegial relationships, leading growth initiatives, enhancing performance improvement activities, assuring financial stewardship, supporting the evolution of a service-oriented culture, and fostering an environment that focuses on outcomes and safety.

This position has direct and indirect responsibility for nursing department leadership and the day-to-day operations of a large budget; which requires collaboration within an integrated healthcare system.

Qualifications :

Must possess a current RN License valid in Arizona. Master's degree is required. A minimum of ten years experience in hospital operations is required; an acute care clinical background is highly preferred. Excellant communication and relationship skills are required for success in the role.
