Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide This position provides personal care to, implements exercises regimens for and prepares meals for assigned patients; documents care given; and receives supervised direction from the professional Nurse or Therapist regarding patient care.

We are in search of candidate possessing at least 1 year of SNF/acute care experience, certification by the State of California as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) and CPR certification. Must have successfully completed HHA curriculum and possess a working knowledge of medical terminology. Requires current valid drivers license.
