Overview : Full-time (40 hour) salaried position; weekdays 8am-5pm; work every 4th weekend; rotating on-call for 1 evening every 3-4 weeks; weekend on-call 2-3 times per year.

This team's (Team East) territory covers (but is not limited to) East Mesa, Central to East Chandler, Gilbert, Higley, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon.

Responsibilities :

Home visits; case management.

Qualifications :

Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license or temporary Arizona RN license. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired.
