Leading Hospice Provider Seeks Certified Nurse Aides

VistaCare is a leading provider of hospice services in the United States. Through interdisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses, home healthcare aides, social workers, spiritual and other counselors and volunteers, we provide care primarily designed to reduce pain and enhance the quality of life of terminally ill patients, most commonly in the patient?s home or other residence of choice. Our mission is to provide superior and responsible care for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of our patients and their families. We are currently seeking CNA's for our Sun City program.

CNA
The CNA is responsible for providing personal care services to patients and their families. Provides care according to the Certified Nursing Aide assignment.
Gives personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens as often as necessary. Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure with appropriate skills and competency. Assists in ambulation and range of motion exercise.


Requirements
Successfully completed a state established or other training program and a competency evaluation program or state licensure program.
Must currently be a Certified Nursing Assistant
Previous experience as a CNA.
Reliable transportation, current drivers license and auto insurance.
