Atria Senior Living Group is seeking a nursing professional to join our team in Southern California.  As a Divisional Resident Services Specialist, you will perform essential assisted living functions in designated communities, focusing primarily on ensuring the best quality of care to our senior residents while adhering to company policies and procedures and state regulations.


The job: 
* Responsible for resident care management throughout community

* Responsible for staff training and inservices

* Ensure initial and ongoing assessments are timely and accurate

* Ensure service plans and assignments sheets are accurate and current

* Follow up on incident reporting, critical issues and communication book

* Oversee the medication program throughout the community 

 

Requirements:

* Must be flexible and willing to travel on a continuous basis; (This position is 90% travel)

* Must be LVN or RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements
* 3+ years experience in geriatrics-must enjoy working with seniors!
* Strong staff management and supervisory skills

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Background in training and mentoring staff

* Computer skills
