LVN-Compliance Coordinator

The Effort, proudly serving our community with addiction treatment and mental health services for over 35 years, has a 30-hour per week position to develop and implement a quality assurance program. 

 

Incumbent will:plan, organize and manage regulatory compliance functions;provide compliance analysis and assistance to department personnel; develop a curriculum and training schedule for all applicable employees; monitor quality assurance contract compliance and provide timely reports to funding sources.

 

RequirementsLVN OR BS degree in related field, two years of Healthcare OR Social Service compliance experience, knowledge of quality assurance techniques and procedures ability to coordinate quality assurance programs,  a valid driver?s license, strong interpersonal skills,excellent oral and written communication skills and good computer skills (including MS Office).
