We are looking for an experienced LVN with excellent office and clinical skills to support our Extended Care team in Daly City, California.

The LVN Team Leader position is full-time, 8:00am ? 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and must participate in the Extended Care after-hours on-call rotation (approximately one week per month).

Main Qualifications: Current California LVN license, current CPR card, 1 year of experience as an LVN, 1 year of experience in an office setting, healthcare office preferred. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, proficient in MS Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications. Experience using Pathways/Horizon Home Healthcare software is preferred.
