Licensed Practical Nurse - Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Clinic

This position is responsible assisting the Medical Director, medical staff and registered nurses with the assessment, treatment and education of patients in an advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy center.

 

At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse is required for this position, as well as a current Basic Life Support certification.

 

Prior experience with wound care and/or hyperbaric medicine is highly desirable.

 

The position requires the attainment of a high school diploma or GED, along with an unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state in which the clinic is located.

 

Completion of a 40 credit hour Hyperbaric Medicine Introductory Course approved by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine Technology is required within six months of employment.
