If so, we are currently accepting resumes for the position of WELLNESS NURSE to work in our GRANADA HILLS upscale assisted living community.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Provides nursing services to residents. 

 

Coordinates resident care with residents, families, and physicians. 

 

Maintains accurate resident health records.

 

Participates in training of care staff. 

 

Reports changes of condition and works directly with the Health Services Director to ensure that regulations and internal standards are met.

 



SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

 

LPN / LVN or RN

 

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience

 

Dementia care experience a plus

 

Experience in medication administration and hands-on personal care

 

Ability to be self-directed and function in a team environment.
