On Assignment HealthCare Staffing is currently seeking full time Client Service Representatives, with a strong Clinical Laboratory background, to support our Hospital and Physicians offices with client service support.

Duties: include fielding calls, providing lab results, answering technical questions and troubleshooting various situations for clients.

Must possess both 2-3 years experience in a client/customer service role and a basic understanding of clinical laboratory medical terminology as well as demonstrate strong communication, organization and phone skills, basic MS Word and Excel, 10-key touch, and the ability to type minimum of 45 wpm.
