Clinical Laboratory Scientists

 

In this role, the successful candidates will be charged with performing all laboratory testing and related duties within assigned section. Key functions will include evaluating specimen integrity and consistency of reporting results, providing reporting on tests, and communicating all critical values to appropriate parties. Involves performing and reviewing QC; documenting review of QC, changes and corrective actions; and performing proficiency testing as required. Other duties include maintaining and documenting scheduled preventative maintenance and monitoring of equipment, as well as initiating corrective actions as necessary. 

 

This position requires a California Clinical license, preferably with 18 months of CLS experience. A working knowledge of quality control rules is essential, as are technical skills in laboratory science. Must have an acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, along with basic PC abilities.

 

Night and day shifts are available.
