Phlebotomist/POCT

Qualifications : Minimum age requirement of 18. Must be a high school graduate, or have achieved equivalency through the GED exam. Must exhibit a high level of personal maturity and responsibility. Good reading, writing and math abilities are required. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to understand written and spoken instructions. Good organizational skills are also required. Basic knowledge of department resource materials. Previous experience of at least six months in a clinical laboratory setting or completion of a phlebotomy school. Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Long Term Care requires ADHS fingerprinting certification or the ability to obtain fingerprint certification. Field Operations Float position employees must be able to work all PSC or Client Office shift times within their designated territory. LTC has an emphasis to have experience with geriatric patients and also must possess a valid Arizona Drivers License.
