Production Technician / Miller

JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Manufacture human allografts following all current SOP?s

2. Maintains legible and accurate documentation on all hard copy forms related to Production.

3. Packages finished allografts in specified bottles or pouches for storage into Pre-preservation Freezer.

3. Adheres to all current standard operating procedures (SOP). Reports all EADs.

4. Proficient in CNC technology and manufacturing.

5. Performs special projects, single tasks or other related work as required or requested.

6. May be required to assist in LST tasks, such as breakdown and set-up of the donor, in cases where staffing in limited.

* Performs tasks in a safe manner in compliance with all current SOP?s and safety policies and applicable regulations; maintains a neat workstation and environment.

* Work in a team oriented atmosphere and display courtesy and consideration to coworkers, Board Members and volunteers.

* Maintains confidentiality of all records and information which pertains to the donor, Donor family, employees, the organization and in related interests.

* Adheres to Core Performance Standards.



 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Equivalent education and experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.

2. CNC experience or certification preferred but not required.

3. Requires knowledge of computer use in order to input information from production forms

4. Good analytical judgment and close attention to details.

5. Experience working in hospital operating room or clean room environment preferred.

6. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
