Shipper/Supply Coordinator

Summary:

Performs general administrative support activities in the Accessioning area.? Responsible for the shipping of client supplies and return of materials in a timely fashion in accordance with established client and laboratory parameters. Assist with the data entry of specimen information as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

?Ship client suppliesShip specimens and test resultsAssist with data entry of specimen dataSupport client advocates with shipment of supplies to sales personnel

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

?Working knowledge of MS Word1-2 years previous shipping experience in a business-to-business environmentAdditional work experience and knowledge of PC based programs for word processing and data entry highly desirableExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent people skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize with little supervisionEffective organizational skills required.Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
