DENTAL ASSISTING PROGRAM DIRECTOR/INSTRUCTOR

American Career College (ACC) has been helping people succeed for over 25 years, and we are currently recruiting for a full-time professional to lead our Dental Assisting program ? both as a Program Director and Instructor for our Orange County (Anaheim) campus. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service oriented individual to help our students begin their journey toward their new careers.

 

As Program Director, you will be responsible for the direction and coordination of the Dental Assisting program in order to assure compliance with programmatic accreditation and/or licensure, internal consistency, and graduate outcomes which meet work place and Placement expectations.

 

Qualifications:  Candidates must have three (3) years practical experience as a Dental Assistant and one (1) experience as an instructor required.  You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to instruct classes and motivate students to learn.  Demonstrate leadership and management abilities.  Must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.  Experience teaching at a vocational school is preferred, but not required.
