We are currently recruiting for two Medical Coder positions.  These positions will be located at our headquarters, which is conveniently situated in  Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, between the 805 and the I5, ? from the commuter train stop. This position requires a person that is willing to take on responsibilities within an environment that is dynamic and fast-paced. 

 

Medical ? CPC Coder

 

Minimum of 4+ years previous experience.  Coding certificates and credentialing required from a recognized accredited advanced learning institution.

 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Good skills using Windows Word/Excel/OutlookAbility to analyze dataPrior experience with Medical CodingAbility to work in a team environmentGreat interpersonal skills

 

Responsibilities Include:Must understand content of medical recordsMust have clinical knowledge, including extensive training in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and clinical disease processResponsible to transform medical diagnoses, procedures, and injuries into designated numerical codesCompetence in communication both verbal and written
