Clinical Analyst

One of our clients – a nationally recognized medical center - is currently in search of a motivated IT professional preferably with a clinical background to take charge of a new system implementation. This project manager level opportunity brings a scope of responsibility that encompasses a rather unique facet of clinical systems. This position is centered on the TeleResults Organ Transplant system. A strong project management background is required for the successful candidate.

 

The Clinical Analyst has responsibility over several key areas.


Management and support of the Transplant Information System which supports the clinical processes involved in the Transplant Department. This position must have a clear understanding of how the transplant clinical systems interrelate with other patient care and financial systems hospital wide.

 

Responsibilities include working with clinical and support staff to configure/tailor the transplant information system to support defined business requirements and assisting in the implementation of the division's systems by leading project teams.

 

The Clinical Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing integrity of the data input into the system, will provide ongoing training and support to the application?s users, and will produce ad hoc and routine data extracts and reports as required.

 

Develop client specifications, assist with planning and coordinate client testing and training.
