Health Unit Secretary

Overview : Full Time 32 hour/week position with Benefits.
Hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (8 hour shifts) Include every other weekend commitment and share of holidays.

Qualifications :

Must possess effective interpersonal/communication skills and have the ability to remain calm and courteous. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Requires completion of an approved unit secretary program or one year of related work experience. On-the-job training may be considered. Must have a working knowledge of medical terminology. Requires effective communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills. Must have legible handwriting and the ability to decipher other's handwriting.
