Corporate position available for an energetic, flexible individual who is responsible for providing support and oversight for the HR activities in 5 hospitals located throughout Alabama. Individual will assist facility management in recruiting and orientation of new employees, interpretation of policy, benefits administration, employee relations and education activities. Candidate must be detailed oriented and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong computer skills, oral and written communication and people skills.


Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or business related field and 5 years HR Generalist experience in healthcare required, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.  Non smokers only please.
