Quality Supervisor - Tuscaloosa, AL

IBR, a source plasma collection Company, is seeking candidates for a Quality Supervisor Position.  This position is responsible for the implementation of a plasma collection facility's Quality Assurance program. This program ensures that all operations are in compliance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities include: Under the supervision of the Quality Manager and Center Manager, the Quality Supervisor performs Quality Assurance functions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and protocols. 

 

High School diploma or GED is required, and some college level courses. Six months experience in a donor center, or similar Quality Assurance or medical field. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.  Must have legible handwriting, be able to use a PC and be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure and technical manuals.  Language skills must include the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

 

Applicants must be available to work weekends.
