Sales Manager - Healthcare

Due to the growth of our Phoenix operations, we are seeking qualified candidates to lead our local team of sales professionals.  We are a well established provider of specialized healthcare services that has build a solid reputation as one of the premier providers in area. 


Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:


You will have direct accountability for a sales team currently calling on hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities and assisted living communities.  You will be responsible for developing the sales team through coaching, mentoring, setting and monitoring goals, training and motivating. 



 


 



 


To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:


- 3 years of direct sales management experience


- 5 years of healthcare experience with a provider of clinically based services


- Experience in home health, rehab, respiratory/DME, home infusion or hospice is a plus.


- Good communications and presentation skills


- Energy and enthusiasm


- Team player
