PHARMACIST

Pharm.D. degree, preferred with a successful completion of an ACPE-accredited Health System Pharmacy Residency or comparable experience preffered. Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of California required. Three years Health System pharmacy experience, preferred. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.

Must have exceptional know of JCAHO standards (Medication Management), DHS standards, Board of Pharmacy regulations, USP 797, CMS standards and become familiar with CHW medication standards.

The position is a full time position and shifts will include weekdays, evenings, nights and weekends.
