We are currently searching for:

Staff Pharmacist (Day/eve rotating) The Staff Pharmacist contributes to therapeutic decision making by participating in patient care, particularly pharmaceutical care, providing drug information, formal and informal presentations and consultations on medication use in the hospital.  He/she assures the accurate and efficient distribution of drugs and oversees the usage of pharmaceuticals within the facility.  He/she also promotes rational, cost-effective use of drugs within the facility while assuring the quality of pharmaceutical care and optimal clinical outcomes.  In addition, the staff pharmacist provides authoritative drug information to other health care professionals, patients and the public.

Critical Care Pharmacist (Dayshift) As described in Staff Pharmacist job description.  In addition, to serve as a staff pharmacist in the Critical Care Satellite, providing timely and appropriate pharmaceutical care to the Critical Care Units.

Lead Pharmacist (Dayshift) As described in Staff Pharmacist job description.  In addition, to provide day-to-day oversight of workload and staffing issues along with Projects/Assignments.

 

About Us:

We provide primary and secondary levels of care in addition to the Cancer Institute and the Heart Institute. Services include a Level III Trauma Center and a full complement of acute care and ancillary services such as neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, a family birthing center, shared care, adult psychiatric units and a cardiac catheterization laboratory.
