Primary responsibilities include:


 


Handling rejected pharmacy orders

Researching and resolving issues with orders

Managing queries from customers relations managers

Answering calls from key clients

Assigning individuals to work queues

Handling reverse billing and resubmitting claims

Training employees on new clients

Briefing departments on new clients

Collaborating with developers on systems testing, implementation testing, and user acceptance testing



Solid retail pharmacy experience is required. Mail service pharmacy experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of billing, claims, and pharmacy systems is essential. A registered Pharmacy Technician in CA is also required. Candidates must also have excellent multitasking abilities. Solid MS Office skills are a must. A health insurance background is preferred, as is National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Team lead experience and/or a background training others are a plus.
