Manages PMAPS( Proposal Management & Production System) database. Responsible for developing moderately complex, formal proposals and provides guidance to proposal coordinators. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Analyzes and interprets data. Prepares complex RFP/RFI responses. Researches RFP/RFI issues. Coordinates distribution of proposal questions to appropriate company experts. Writes, edits and proofs questionnaire responses for finished proposals and plan designs. Provides proposal status reports to management. Participates on team projects to complete large group and custom proposals. Mentors and provides assistance to proposal coordinators. Performs other duties as assigned. Position may be located in either West Hills, CA or Mason, OH.

BA/BS and 3-5 years of proposal coordination experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. PMAPS or RFP Machine knowledge is required as well as PBM experience.  Knowledge of health/managed care insurance preferred. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, negotiating and PC skills required.
