Stability Associate - Bio-technology

Job Description:
6-11 month TEMPORARY POSITION. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing routine laboratory assays such as visual assessment and reconstitution time. Employees will also be responsible for documenting, computing, compiling, reviewing and auditing data. Additional responsibilities may include performing inventory audits, labeling clinical and commercial product for stability studies, filing data and preparing samples using aseptic technique. Employees must learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs, which include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of training records, laboratory notebooks, written procedures and laboratory logbooks. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Typically 1-3 years related experience also required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to follow GMPs, written procedures and safety guidelines. Critical skills needed for this position include strong organizational skills, basic problem solving skills, ability to work within strict time constraints with attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills, basic word processing and spreadsheet application skills and the ability to evaluate documentation according to company guidelines. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently also required. Experience with aseptic technique preferred.
