To be considered, qualified candidates must have:Current RN licenseMinimum 1 year experience in Home Health Minimum 1 yr. supervisory experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsMarketing knowledge and/or experience a plus!


Responsibilities include:Assess, supervise and direct patient careDevelop Plans of Care and complete OASIS formsOversee orientation and educational programs of all field staffWork with Branch Director to develop referral and recruiting sourcesPerform patient care as requiredAttend network meetings and career fairsMeet with facility case management and staffing/scheduling departments
