Infusion RN- No OASIS

Then come join our team environment in the home heath care industry.  LifeCare Solutions provides home infusion therapy, oxygen, respiratory equipment, respiratory drugs and nutritional services, with branches in CA, WA and AZ. We are seeking per diem RNs to work in South Bay/Long Beach, CA. 

Our nurses provide infusion visits for patients in the home setting, with a heavy emphasis on teaching patients and significant others to be independent in their care.  Our RNs also collaborate with other members of the health care team to assure appropriateness of care. We are not Medicare or Medi-Cal certified, so NO OASIS is required at the start of care. With less paperwork, our nurses experience the satisfaction of spending time doing what they enjoy ? taking care of our patients!

 

The successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active California license. A minimum of 1 year current nursing experience in a clinical specialty involving infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, excellent venous access skills, and emergency patient care is required. Prior home health experience and PICC certification is desired, but will train the right candidate. Pediatric experience a plus. BCLS certification required.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are needed.  Must be able to assume a flexible work schedule and take call as assigned.
