Operating Room Nurses Needed-Per Diem

 

Cirrus Health is a dynamic, growing healthcare organization looking for an experienced OR  Nurses for our Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the nursing care of the peri-operative patient. Acts as the patient's advocate and works as a member of the surgical team, is knowledgeable in the areas of aseptic technique, infection control, emergency procedures, and general operating room procedures.  Able to work with highly technical, ever-changing equipment, in an accelerated pace. This position requires demonstrated competency to care for patients as defined by scope of service and in specific department competency assessments.  Demonstrates behavior that supports the Mission, Vision, Values and Goals of the Center.

 

Requirements:

Active CA RN license, BLS certified and 2 years OR Circulating experience required.  ACLS Certification Preferred.
