More Time for you and your patients. Heritage Home Healthcare is growing and we currently have Full Time  RN Clincal Manager position open in the Tucson office. Position summary: A Registered Nurse who is directly responsible for managing and coordinating the daily clinical activities of the field staff.  With team members, plans daily visit activities to provide for an equal, efficient and effective distribution of workload. Assists in the planning and conducting of multidisciplinary team conferences.  Participates in clinical documentation review.  Shares in responsibility for mandated agency committee meetings.  Shares responsibility for fiscal management as relates to daily clinical activities. Position Requires:

1. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

2. Minimum of two years experience in a home health agency, community health or public health setting in the last three years.

3. Sound knowledge of Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Agencies

4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to relate well to staff.

5. Detail oriented with excellent organization skills.

6. Thorough knowledge of coverage criteria for home health services for Medicare/Medicaid and other third party payor sources.

7. Ability to travel in service area.

8. Current CPR card.

9. Current health certificate.

10. Current auto insurance.

11. Valid Drivers License
