RN Supervisor - Case Management (An excellent team!)

We are looking for a very organized team player to supervise our Medicaid Community Relations department. This position is a real growth opportunity with great hours and a nice variety of responsibilities. The hired individual will oversee the case managers, helping to improve performance and handling escalated cases. He/she will also coordinate members’ services with health professionals and community services agencies.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Training new case managers and coaching current staff


Staffing all cases on a monthly basis


Overseeing quality improvement initiatives


Interfacing with social workers, mental health professionals, primary care physicians, medical specialists, home health professionals and community services staff for regarding patient care

Working directly with community members and patients to develop committees and educate client groups



Only experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) licensed in Arizona will be considered for this position. We also require computer skills, as well as supervisory and case management experience. Certified Case Managers gain preference, and Medicaid experience is a plus.
