RN, BSN minimum, 3-5 years of management experience in a Level III NICU of 40-50 cribs minimum size, experience in growth challenges and construction, excellent clinical knowledge (for standards and mentorship...), proven track record of outstanding physician relations, a champion for shared governance.  If this is you, please let me hear from you straightaway.
