Position Summary

 

The position of Clinical Applications Specialist is a support position, working with Sales and Service in providing education and clinical knowledge during pre and post sales activities.  The Clinical Applications Specialist will provide customer support during installations and train customers on the clinical application of the PACS/RIS System.

 

ResponsibilitiesTrain and Demonstrate the DR Systems PACS/RIS system Be fully competent in the application and operation of PACS/RIS products Assist in the development of new software Efficient time management and cost control Support Sales Team in Product demonstrations Actively participate in the development and implementation of customer training programsProvide Help Desk phone support

 

 

Requirements

 

? Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Applications experience

? PACS/RIS experience preferred

? Possess strong organizational skills and decision making ability

? Experience providing remote training

? Strong PC skills

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home 

? Excellent communication skills both oral and written

? Professional appearance and presentation

? Strong Customer Service skills

? Ability to travel with overnight stay, up to 60%
