Clinical Systems Consultant

 

 

Clinical System Consultant needed to provide training services and clinical consultation for customers for RIS and PACS systems.

 

Ideal candidate must have an RT degree and experience with the administration of RIS and/or PACS systems. Candidate must have experience in a teaching environment and have the ability to adapt to different situations easily.  Candidate will be responsible for training customers on PACS / RIS systems as they are being implemented and providing consultation expertise to the facility regarding their overall clinical work flow.

 

The position requires travel to different facilities for training, consultation, demos, or trade shows. Candidate must be able to travel 70% and occasionally with very short notice.

 

The most important part of this role is excellent communication skills with outstanding clinical work flow knowledge.  Needs to possess an open, outgoing personality; ability to learn quickly, and have a strong work ethic.  Will provide training on technology and product.  Ideal candidate is a reliable and knowledgeable professional who possesses a great attitude.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 Must have a Radiologic Technologist degree or AS/BS in the medical field. 3-4 years experience in diagnostic radiology or clinical related position. 2 years administrative experience with RIS and/or PACS systems. Experience in a teaching environment. Must have a basic knowledge of computer setup, functionality, and usage. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
