Job Description:

The Florida Hospital Imaging Department offers advanced diagnostic equipment and the latest technology to better enable our staff to positively interact with patients, physicians and other members of the health care team. Full implementation of Picture Archiving Computer System (PACS) technologies is complete, including the ability to move images to any of our campuses or to referring physician offices via the world wide web. Under the direction of the MRI Supervisor, Manager of Special Imaging, and a radiologist, is responsible for performing MRI exams of a highly advanced technical nature, using magnetic and radio frequency waves; performs a variety of technical and secretarial procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and an initiative to apply this technology; understands and implements the CQI and SHARE principles of Florida Hospital; and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and reevaluating the treatment, care, and needs of the neonatal/pediatric child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient.


Requirements: ARRT(MR), 2 - 5 years of IP MR.


Shift: 3p - 11p, call and rotation.
