Mammography Technologist
Talbert Medical Group, a physician owned medical multi-specialty group with nine convenient locations serving Orange and LA counties has an immediate opening for an experienced Mammography Technologist to join our Radiology team at the Fountain Valley medical center location.
As Mammography Tech, you will be responsible for operating the mammography equipment to perform diagnostic procedures, escort patients into area, complete each mammogram and evaluate clinical images as stated by the American College of Radiology, ensure patient history is correct and supplied to the radiologist for interpretation, perform clerical functions related to mammography, including scheduling, completion of charge slips, filing and retrieval of mammography films and ensure that equipment is functioning properly.
Qualified candidates will have Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college of two-year hospital program preferred. Certified CRT license, current Mammo permit and current CPR card are required with minimum 2 years experience.
Position is Monday through Friday, 8 - 5 PM and offers competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefit package and generous PTO plan. Forward resume with salary history to careers@talbertmedical.com
