Director of Therapeutic Program Services

Beverly Enterprises is seeking a Director of Therapeutic Program Services for our skilled nursing facilities located in Central Valley and Northern CA.

This position includes:
Advances the practice of quality of life services in order to improve care and services throughout the region.  Provide direction, oversight and development of the Recreation, Social Service and Alzheimer Directors.  Collaborate with facility, district and region team to coordinate improvement efforts for therapeutic program services. Train, educate and monitor facility staff to maintain regulatory compliance and improve performance.  Project management for various program and initiatives in the region as assigned. Candidates MUST possess Masters in Social Work with strong background in psych or social service management. Experience working in Long Term Care environment would be preferred for this position.
