Home and Community Based (HCB) Services Regional Coordinator

Do you have a passion for serving elders and their families?  Southeast Senior Services is looking for a Home and Community-Based (HCB) Services Regional Coordinator to oversee Care Coordination/Case Management, the Senior and Caregiver Resource Center, In-Home Services, The Bridge Adult Day Program, and the Counseling Program.  Position responsibilities include supervising program supervisors, monitoring program goals and quality, preparing grant reports and writing grant proposals, monitoring budgets.  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, good computer skills, and previous experience working with elders are strongly desired.  At least three years of supervisory experience is required.  Masters degree in Social Work or a related field OR five years of related experience is preferred.
