We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee our traveler?s curbside assistance services at Sky Harbor International Airport.  The Assistant Manager will be responsible for all activities on a shift including ensuring and providing superb customer service to travelers, handling scheduling and monitoring the day to day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have:

A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Be PC literate;

A Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Ability to work nights and weekends.
