Developer Representative - Elk Grove

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the accurate completion of required company and/or governmental forms governing new Owner documents. Required forms include but are not limited to: Owner contract, Owner application, Owner understanding, pre-authorized checking withdrawal, Interval International subscription, and other required documents.

 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

? Ensure compliance with company and governmental agencies.

? Ensure Owner understanding of company and government required documents.

? Represent the company in a highly professional manner at all times.

? Assist the new Owner in understanding the policies and procedures of WorldMark, The Club.

? Assist the contract processing department in resolving Owner contract issues such as: incomplete Owner information/paperwork, processing cancellations, suspense logs, and/or legal or contractual disputes.

? Advise Project Directors of incorrect or inappropriate information being presented to the guests and/or new Owners.

? Actively participate in daily sales meetings and attend sales training/functions.

? May be responsible for supervising an Assistant Developer Representative. This includes training, evaluating, and monitoring employee performance.

 



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Indicate minimum requirements necessary for this position.

? Minimum 1 year Trendwest sales or sales administration experience.
