Job Description:The Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas, Scottsdale's newest AAA, Four-Diamond Award Winner, is located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale and is within walking distance to the finest shops, galleries, spas, boutiques and restaurants Scottsdale has to offer.

The Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas seeks an experienced Director of Catering and Convention Service to continue the tradition of providing award winning service.

Duties include: Coordinate, supervise, and direct all aspects of the Catering and Convention Service Department. Responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing and directing the activities of the Convention Service Managers, Catering Sales Managers, and Catering and Convention Services Administrative Assistants. Provide total guest satisfaction for all local and group related functions by ensuring a consistent product to standards, while maximizing profitability and protecting the integrity of the guest experience. Achieve departmental and individual budgeted revenues for banquet and catering food, beverage, and rental. Achieve departmental and individual monthly definite consumption, currents, and future pre-sell goals. Maximize department and individual revenues by utilizing revenue per group room and revenue per spare foot formulas.Job Requirements:Three years previous experience in senior catering position or director of catering position at a medium full service property. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Full efficiency with Microsoft Office software applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of Delphi software.
