Be a leader in the industry by acting as the NOE Restaurant General Manager who delivers revenues and profits; establishes restaurant business plan; meets restaurant financial objectives; attracts patrons; controls purchases and inventory; maintains operations; maintains patron satisfaction; accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives; maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment; maintains professional and technical knowledge; accomplishes company goals.
