We are currently looking for an energetic, self starter ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER  to help in manager our extended stay hotel.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the Front Desk Operations of our all suite extended stay hotel. They perform any hands on duties as required, which may include, checking guests in/out, taking reservations, handling special requests, supervision of employees (if  a GM is not available), iimplementing and maintaining quality/audit standards. Additional front office duties include but not limited to: daily bookkeeping, pay records, bank deposits, and all other necessary administrative responsibilities.

 


REQUIREMENTS for the ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Must be able to live on the property.  Accommodations will be provided. 1+ years of Hotel, Restaurant or Retail management experience. Great customer service attitude Perform sales calls both internally and externally as needed to generate new business. Excellent organizational/administration skills, bookkeeping and some supervisory skills necessary. Able to perform basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
