Membership Sales Director - Tatum Ranch Country Club

American Golf is the largest operator of golf facilities in the world and manages more than 175 premier private, resort and daily fee courses.? The company is expanding their sales team and we have various openings in catering sales, membership sales, and group/tournament sales.? We are looking for results-orientated, driven sales professionals that are confident in their sales ability to work on a commission driven/uncapped compensation plan.

Membership DirectorLocation:??Tatum Ranch?Country Club ??Cave Creek, AZ? Reports to the General Manager Compensation:? 60K at plan (50/50 split between base & commission ? 30k base/30k commission at plan) Benefits:? Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following with other duties as assigned:

???????? Adherence to membership sales Standard Operating Procedures

???????? New membership sales ? sales calls, tours of club, outbound sales activities

???????? Lead generation ? develop & execute membership marketing plan

???????? Build & maintain prospect database, include tracking of all leads

???????? Focus on member retention to achieve membership capacity

???????? Implement and manage club?s ambassador program

???????? Submit timely and accurate weekly and monthly reports

???????? Maintain and verify accuracy of membership file information

???????? Development of Department 15 annual budget of revenues and expenses

???????? Network with members in order to assure the maximum number of member referrals?Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements include the following:?

??? 4-year college degree preferred and 3-5 years of related experience in sales preferably in golf/hospitality/service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience

??? Strong sales skills

?

??? Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals

?

??? Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM sales software (ACT, Sage, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, etc.)

?

??? Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills; ability to work with little or no direct supervision

?

??? Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction

?

??? Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build and foster a team environment

?

??? Valid driver?s license

?

??? Must be flexible with hours as guests/potential members may need to come in to meet and tour the facility on Saturday which sometimes requires working a Tuesday-Saturday shift.
